

Born in Cagliari, Sardinia (Italy) in 1951, Gabriele Olla lives and paints close to Cagliari. He started out as a self-taught artist at a very young age, later graduating from art school. His true school was nature, painted “en plein air”. He has exhibited in solo and group shows in Sardinia and several Italian cities. He has participated in numerous competitions, winning prizes and awards.

1) Naturalistic (landscapes, seascapes, still lifes) in oil on canvas or watercolor.
2) Drawings and graffiti – His graffiti (on black cardboard) is highly appreciated for its clear, meticulous, and highly expressive lines, which draw him closer to the great Sardinian engravers of the 20th century.
